Patrick Haveron - Managing Director of Psycho Mangement and The Create Group

Patrick started Psycho in 1995 after playing in a glam rock band The Sugar Plums whilst at University. He was the Entertainments Officer and organised the lavish Summer Balls. In 1997 he was awarded Surrey Young Entrepreneur of the Year for creating Psycho. Since then the company has been recognised as the essential resource for tribute bands in the UK and Europe as well as many other unusual performers. Patrick is also a business mentor for other start-ups, and gives occasional lectures at the ACM and BIMM on subjects such as 'Running your band as a Business'.

Create includes a recording studio, a video production company, an events company and artist management and agency.

Heidi Ashton

Heidi is our in house choreographer and dancer. She runs our highly successful Entourage dance troupe. She has experience in working on bespoke corporate productions, pop videos, backing pop acts, as well as show production for cruises and pantomime. Heidi has recently choreographed our Strictly Come Dancing events for several high profile corporate clients.

Ollie Cluskey - Band Manager and Live Booking Agent

Ollie is a freelance booking agent and band manager for Psycho Management. Patrick and Ollie met when Ollie was Entertainments Manager at the Surrey Institute of Art & Design (now UCA) and have worked on events ever since. Ollie is also creating and managing a roster of bands, and designing some amazing band websites. Ollie also owns a venue and even has time to run the dance stage at Guilfest.

Finding Us

Our office is located in Godalming, just 40 minutes south of London and easily accessible by road and rail. Godalming is just off the A3, 15 minutes outside the M25, and Godalming railway station is on the mainline from London Waterloo. Our Studio is situated in an old mill in the historic town centre, a few yards from the train station.
